Overdid today though. I only have certain days of the week I can have them (before running days, big no-no, before WI day, big yes-yes).
So this morning I had some s/f caramels. Nothing happened by teatime, so I panicked and had a thornton's bar. Lo and behold, three minutes later the poosh fairy did her magic. So now I have a second visit coming later on. There's a lesson in there somewhere, and it may just be - ditch the bloody things altogether!
morning all. 1/2 lb up for me this week - still after last weeks 6lb gain not too bad eh?
Not aching so much this morning..hence 15 min stepper LOL (was going to walk the girls but chucking it down)

D - burger with jalapeno cheese on and celeriac chips and some curry mayo to dunk

W - yes until i start to the alcohol
ex - 15m stepper am/25 min Jillian pm and dog walk if weather ever clears up! (does losing 1/4 " on my upper waist count as a loss pmsl)

Well done on the no drinks and all exercise week - bet that had a lot to do with it, and it'll taste all the sweeter tonight. Sorry, this afternoon - gotta make that one day count!
