If i write everything down here then i won't be as tempted to be naughty (hopefully anyway) so here goes:

Tuesday 28th April

Bread: 2
Butter: 2
Soup: 1
WW Bar: 1.5
Melon: 2
Quavers: 1
Milk: 1

So far today including lunch 10.5, leaving 11.5 for tea and possibly another snack :)

For tea i have planned:

Mash (200g): 2
Butter (to go in the mash): 0.5
Turkey Rashers: 1 (for 3!!!)
Bisto: 0.5
Angel Delight: 3
French Fries = 8
which leaves 3 for the weekend :)

Breakfast:
Oatso simple original made with water: 1.5

Snack:
Rice cakes x 3: 1
Laughing cow light triangles: 1.5

Lunch:
WW tomato soup:1
Bread: 1
Butter: 0.5
Quavers: 1

Dinner:
Asda Chicken Chasseur: 5.5
WW pitta bread: 1.5
Laughing cow light triangle: 0.5
Turkey rashers: 1
Angel Delight: 3

Snack:
Quavers: 1
French fries: 1

Which all equals 21 :D

Lunch:
WW Chicken & Noodle soup: 0.5
Bread: 1
Butter: 0.5
Quavers: 1

Snack:
ww bar: 1.5 = 8.5

Dinner:
Potatoes: 3
Rashers: 1
ww cone: 2.5
Flora light: 1
French fries: 1

= 17

currently 4 saved for the weekend.

I feel like im eating too much again :S

Subway 6" turkey breast and ham on wheat with honey mustard sauce (YUMMY!): 4.5

= 16

Currently 6 saved for the weekend

which means il probably have a bacon pitta bread sandwich thingy again as a snack about 8 :) im loving this diet :D

Ok so i refuse to admit to what i ate last nite, its just too shameful so im starting again today, Sunday 3rd May:

Breakfast:
too hungover :(

Lunch:
Bread: 4
Butter: 1
Turkey ham: 2
Philadelphia: 3
French fries: 1 = 11

Dinner:
Potatos: 3
Rashers: 1
Sprouts: 0
Bisto: 0.5
Angel Delight: 3

= 18.5 leaving 4.5 for snacks :)
