Hello everyone! I’m Ammy, I’m 21 and currently weigh 11stone 2.5lbs. Im also 5ft7! I am 17 months post partum.
A little bit about my journey.
I started slimming world in November 2016 weighting 12 stone 13 lbs and lost 1stone 6lbs and left in August 2017 and I have joined back from December 2017 and have been every week since! I got my 2 stone award but after Christmas I gained 9 lbs!!!
My weigh in is a Tuesday so I will update every Tuesday and let everyone know how I get on, I gained 1.5 syns today but it’s TOTM and I did have many syns the past week.

Today so far I have had
Breakfast- 2 weetabix (B choice ) 100ml milk (A choice)
Lunch- baked potato dairylea triangle and tuna mayo
Dinner- syn free slimming world salt&chilli chips and a WW Chicken curry for 4.5 syns.
I have extra chips to snack on tonight will also hve an apple.

I was at the gym today. Done 20 mins HIIT on treadmill
Half a mile on rowing machine
80kg 10 reps 3 sets leg press
80 weighted squats (sumo, good morning & normal)
