hi , i was just checking out your weight loss,
wow, i am on day 5 of the cambridge diet on ssb1 program and just starting to get in to it, the hunger seems to be a bit easier,
can i just ask how long it took you to loose all your weight,
i started off at 15st 9lb but i lost 12lb b4 i started cd as i was told to cut down on carbs for a week b4 i started, so as from wednesday just gone i weighed 14st 13lb but i want to be in a size 12 yesterday lol if ya know what i meen,
so just wanted to know how long it takes to lose weight so i can have a bit of an incentive x,
