Hi all
just thought would share with you something we discussed in class this week, and both my friend and I have decided to have a go.
Rather than keep a written diary of food eaten, we are doing a visual one.
We are taking a photo everything we eat during the day, still pointing it up and then pasting it onto an A4. So can then see all in one go whats been chomped through during the day in one go.
I know it sounds crazy but taking a snap of everything eaten in the day and then pasting it..... really gives you a terrific visual of what eaten.
Writing it down is still great for tracking but finding this new way of doing it really interesting, and eye opening.
Both of us are already shocked, and making adjustments to our choices of food.
its worth having a go just for a bit of a change, especially when /if feeling need a new angle of WW'ing.
