I take supplements which include Evening Primrose oil as I have pains in my hands caused by carpal tunnel (and I worry about my intake to calcium as take very little milk) but I don't syn them. I wonder should I syn them?
I take, a Multivitamin & Mineral tablet, Cod Liver Oil, Evening Primrose Oil and a B6 tablet every day - but I don't syn them, I've never thought about doing it actually. X
Oops....never gave it a thought I'm afraid, I suppose I should be counting a couple of syns for the Cod liver and Evening Primrose Oil.....What do you think?
1 tsp is 2 syns, cod liver oil, but i dont think there is a whole teaspoon in a capsule, but it would soon add up if you were taking a couple plus evening primrose oil or any others
