I'm curious to see if anyone has switched from a VLCD such as Cambridge or Slim and Save to Atkins? If so, did you do the induction weeks or go straight into the next phase and how did the losses compare?
Yes it must seem completely counter-intuitive to be eating butter etc after CWP! Did you do induction or just go right in? I was doing CWP, now on Slim and Save, so already in ketosis, am considering switching to Atkins in a few weeks time so just wondering!
