I have it in a big mug topped up with hot water for my breakfast, lovely :) (well not as lovely as a bacon sandwhich but you get the idea)

Not bad I guess......... I've chainsmoked my way through the day!

The 4 hour nap late afternoon helped- means I'm going to be up for ages though!

Just emptied my freezer - found some frozen fresh cream donuts and dont feel tempted .........Ive got my yummy choc bliss to look forward too!

YIKES just read that I've got to drink 6 LITRES........... 2 more litres to go:(


How come my tracker hasnt gone down yet?;)

I know luke , put one of your work-out dvd's on that will kill a few hours lol , ok night i'm off to bed . hope you get on well with this VLCD luke !

I wouldnt do another 2 litres at this time of night if I were you Luke. You'll be awake peeing all night. Just aim for 6 litres from tomorrow onwards.
