Waaahhh -- help!

    AAAAAGGHH Just lost all my text that I wrote!

    Ok - only on day 2 and losing the plot. Dont think I cut down enough before I started this!

    Yesterday - breakfast & lunch - fine - but starving in the afternoon. Made my soup at night and ......eeeeuugh! didnt like it! Must admit I have to have HOT (as in boiling) and thick soup!

    So then I grilled some chicken and cabbage and made a stir fry!!

    Today - had my shake this morning and brought my tetra into work. Opened my desk and their was a snickers bar winking at me - so I ate it!!!:eek:

    AAAGGHHH - Now I just fancy a salad!

    Got a long day today - working til 9.30pm. Dont know what to do????

    What do I do about the soups?? I dont think i will be able to eat them as they taste too powdery to me.

    Could I just do 790 instead of SS so I can have a small meal at night?

    I started CD today and we have a very similar amount to lose!

    Don't want to sound condescending but are you sure you're making the soups correctly? My sis just had one and said it was lovely and creamy! I'm having my first tonight for dinner, so will report back tomorrow.

    Some people don't have soups at all, and just stick to the Tetras and the shakes - is that an option?

    Why not give your CDC a ring and let her know you want to do 790? I've heard the weight losses are almost the same as SS. Don't look at it as a defeat if you do 790, it just suits some people better!

    Forget about the Snickers and start again right now - you can do it!

    790 does sound like a good option for you if you are struggling with not being able to eat, perhaps have a chat with your CDC about it. Don't mean to sound harsh but really need to lay off the chocolate as it will prevent you getting into ketosis which is when you won't feel hungry anymore.
