Wafers.

Hello lovelies.

I'm on the 4 shakes a day and I've just had a wafer because I was feeling hungry, it's my first day.
If I do this when I'm really hungry will it effect my weight loss? I feel really guilty now and when I feel guilty I just want to eat more because I think to myself, I'm never going to lose weight.

Try and find a way that suits you. How about 3 shakes and a bar and cut the bar into pieces to 'snack' on?

Or use your veg allowance - keep some lettuce nearby.

I don't think a wafer now and again would affect your losses but as its carby, its probably not the best thing to be reaching for and could be the slippy road to wanting another or other food?

I'm no expert though, just try and find the best way to work it for yourself x
 
If you've only had one of the wafers youll be fine. Youve had less than 100 extrs calories still well below the vlcd limit.

You did well just having one - they're gorgeous arent they
