I'm just starting out, and I want to get some tips. ^^ Over the holidays, whatwith the cookies and ice cream and Christmas desserts...hee hee. I've gained some more weight. :D And I've always been on the chubby side since, what, seventh grade? T^T So help me!

I guess I seem a bit young, huh? :D But that's cause I am young! 18 is young!! And I have time to turn it around.

Help, hints, tips, ideas, and cheats please! Plus some links to some easy - to - do cardio workouts. Not easy, just...stuff that's not overwhelming.
