Walk of shame...back at 12st7lb

Three months ago I weighed 10st 3lb. Had been maintaining more or less for 18 months after a weight loss of about seven stone. Jumped on the scales yesterday and was 12st 7lb. Haven't been able to stuff much in my mouth since then as it's been covered with a massive facepalm!

How I got here? Mostly denial! Denial that all you can eat buffets lead to anything but disaster if you are terribly greedy like I am, denial that a gain of few pounds "won't hurt"... denial that I don't like certain clothes anymore (because they don't fit!) Oh, and curry. Yes, lots of that.

But on a serious note, I was eating my feelings. Now I feel a little better, I'm left with the aftermath.

The whole body image thing has gone from one extreme to the other. I was a self-conscious scraggy 10 stone undressed, but liked how my clothes looked very much and now at 12st 7lb I feel quite voluptuous undressed but look awful clothed.

So back on with the struggle. It's going to be a lifelong one! Thank you for reading x

I have also just returned.... I got on the scales a few weeks ago and realised that I had put over a stone back on from November 14. I was so angry with myself that I had let myself go. I have jumped back on the Cambridge bus this week I was in two minds to put it off for a few more weeks but I'm so glad I didn't as the scales would only be going up. good luck with your weigh ins ladies we can do it!!!! we have done it before

The walk of shame increased! To 13st 4lb! Started on Monday, in ketosis now so all growling and shivering!
Hoping for a good loss at the weigh in. Just using the brick shakes so have to deal with nothing else but sticking the straw through the hole.

Hello ladies I done ss+ for 3 months about 4 year's ago and now Goijg through menopause along with other stuff I have put on loads so starting again on tue. Xx
