Hey would anyone with a pedometer like to join my walking challenge. By this time next week I would like to have walked 20,000 extra steps. That should take about 4 hours and will burn off approx 800 calories.
If you don't have a pedometer you could set yourself a time challenge for example 3 hours in the week.
I'll start it off if u want to join add ur name and challenge
