    Walking is really good for the soul. I am lucky in that I have a radio and ipod that distract me from the hard work of it. I walked 8 miles last week, I didn't mean to walk that much I was enjoyin it so I kept on going.

    I walk my dog everyday and do a couple of walks each week on my own - but only for 20 - 30 minutes each time.

    I do love walking though = but get a bit bored on my own and prefer walking the dog and when my DD comes with me.

    I suppose I manage per day (because I have to walk a lot a work too up and down a large office and to and fro different departments) that I must do my 10,000 steps per day.
