I would like to have a go at this challenge my WI is Monday but am expecting a gain this week as I have been on holiday and not followed plan at all :busted: but will be back on it 100% from my weigh in on Monday.

Hey Mopsy, I'm finding the plan great - such a liberation from weight watchers which I was following last year... My WI day is tomorrow (monday). Even if I only lose 1lb I'll be happy. Wish me luck and hope to see more of you on the boards.

I did ww for a bit last year too, I has lost 3st on my own then struggled to lose anymore so joined ww and lost 1.5st before our wedding in aug last year but since then i have piled the pounds back on but im determined im NOT going back to what i was before

I find the plan great, Im doing EE and its fab!! Its * week this week so im fighting the urge to eat loads of chocolate lol

Good luck for Mon although im sure you've done fab and dont need it! x
