wanna try a different type of challenge??

WI = -0.3lb which is actually fine by me as been off plan for 3 days :(
 
well done guys I kinda just woke up and dreading WI I too had 3 days off plan and by rights had gained 8lbs which I wholely deserve after a hot dog a whole garlic bread, pasta meal, 6" double chicken and bacon subway, fish and chips 12" subway with double bacon, double chicken, steak, pepperoni double cheese pettuce cucumber jalapeno's ranch and mayo dressing...I gusss we'll see what two days of exante will do...I'm hoping for just +3 as then ill still be in the same stonage:)

lool well the first night I was at lee evans and stuff with my mum meant I got like 2 packs in 2 days so I had a hot dog then came the hunger so I had the garlic bread and pasta, I planned on getting on track but then I went to see my mum in hospital and she finally wanted something to eat, but she wanted subway what I was craving since day 1 and i succumbed to temptation then the next day I woke up and fish and chips waiting for me, and then for dinner I was absolute I was gonna start the next day so I had a massive subway.Saturday I stayed to plan until they decided to do these sausages my sister brought back from germany. and was 100% sunday
 
Well a 3lbs loss this week which I was a little bit disapointed with because I showed a 4lbs loss earlier in the week - which is the reason why I never weigh early in the week - so not sure why I did this time lol

Well done to everyone else - sts is pretty good lol hope you are back on track with no more temptations in your way!

Well after a bit of a 2 week detour, I am back on it now........100% from today again......managed to lose what I put on last week and a little extra, so pleased with that.....

Down 2 lbs this week
 
so i was thinking we would do a weekly WI where people would be paired together randomly each week, and it be like a football league table the person who wins the most from each "fixture" gets 3 points if its a draw each gets 2pt 1pts for a loss, the table will be published each week, and we could finish on christmas eve, or even new years eve as it could be interesting with the festive period any takers? try to get other people from other diets if you can and we can then see how they stack up against each other :D

for the first week the "opponent" will be the person above/below you that has not got an opponent so it is random, then by next sunday everyone will of had the first WI and i will announce the next set of fixtures that will be random as i dont think many people will join after the first week

this is a friendly challenge and although there is a slight competitive edge it is important to encourage each other towards our ultimate goal = weight loss :D

NOTICE: obviously it is of vital importance that you stay to the diet and do it healthily. and ANY weight loss is a good weight loss even if you lose, do not get disheartened as people lose weight at their own pace, and there are several contributing factors, whatever the result you should still celebrate.

yeah we are still doing it :)

and people im sorry i have been really busy and still am i do not think ill have time to do fixtures and update table for tomorrow, so i reckon unless someone else wants to do random fixtures the amount you loss is the points you get :)
