Want to be yummy for baby no 2 :-)

Hi Emily, nice to see you've got back on track with slimming world and joined a group. Well done on the fab weight loss.

I'm still losing but not strictly followed sw for months now. Almost lost 2.5 stone so need to get back on track ASAP. Still got over a stone and a half to go.

Glad to hear you and your other are going strong and planning baby number 2 :) xx

Well done on your loss even if you haven't been following plan 2.5 stone is brill! I've got 20lbs to go til target now feels achieveable finally! X x

Im doing ok, being a single mum is hard but I'm much happier now than I was in February!!

Hi ladies how are we all? Sorry I haven't been on much been busy busy! Still on plan tho :) apart from Ben and Jerry's I devoured at the cinema the other night but got 49 syns left to cover that! WI tomorrow and I've got those week 2 nerves that I'm not going to lose anything after my massive week 1 loss! X x

Ok ladies can someone kick me up the backside please? I've only lost 1/2lb again this week and it's all my own fault! Been on plan but eaten naughty crap on top for no reason! Peed off! So I need to be 100% this week and will write my diary every night and confess everything I've eaten seeing as tho I've been neglecting minimins too! Please feel free to tell me off and kick my butt, especially if I don't post, I need to be posting everyday! X x
 
Consider your butt kicked! Lol.Sounds like you are determined to get back on it and posting your diary will help as well im sure :0)
 
So today's food diary as promised...

Thursday - Green Day

Breakfast - nothing as it was WI this morning!
Dinner - 2 x wm bread (HEXB), 5 x laughing cow light (HEXA), cherry tomatoes. Quark with sweetener and strawberries.
Tea - quorn BBQ fillets with SW chips, salad and beans. Melon.
Snacks - 375ml skimmed milk (HEXA), 2 x hifi light (HEXB), twirl (9 syns), 100ml kara choc milk (3 syns).

Total - 12 syns.
Week so far - 12/15.
 
Food looks lovely Emily, I'm getting back on track today, I've been rubbish alately but got to knuckle down and get this weight off :) xxx

Yep need to get my head in the game especially now I'm paying to go to class! Feeling good tho got up early today to go on the cross trainer :) x x
