Want to eat everything in site today

    I've eaten all my fruit and my bag of popcorn, my HeB's (saving my A for dinner) and my mug shot for lunch but want anything and everything ?!

    Luckily there's no biscuits/cakes in work today like there normally is? Think it's because I'm bored? Anyone else have this problem?

    How do you ignore bored eating haha!!

    Just got a nice large water!! Hoping my brain will soon realise I'm full haha! Have got an emergency bag of French fries in my cupboard and at only 4 syns there ok lol!!

    Have you got any sugar free squash at all? I always try and drink that with water if I'm feeling peckish when I've already eaten, it fills you up a bit more than water. Coffee and tea are good for that too!

    If you're at the office, pop to the loo and do some squats or wall push ups, something that'll work your body a bit as it might be too much sitting on your bum ( I work in an office, I'm always hungrier here than anywhere else!)

    What time do you get off? if you need the french fries have them about an hour before you leave not sooner otherwise you'll still be hungry and you'll have nothing, but remember if you've eaten then the hunger is mainly in your head and you wont starve :)

    I hate days like this! I either resist all day and find it sooooo difficult but then feel brilliant when I go to bed and know I didn't give in, or I give in, eat loads of chocolate and then feel disgusted with myself and end up eating more to punish myself even more.
    When I'm really struggling I keep imagining weigh in day and how I'll feel if I haven't lost when I get on the scales. Good luck!
