want to start again

hi everyone. I've done lipotrim three times over the last year. on my second time I got quite sick and even lost consciousness for a minute or two after about three weeks. I put this down to a bug. I tried again a month later and felt sick again after about a week. has this happened to anyone else? I'd love to start again as I want to loose another 3 stone but I'm worried that my body is just saying no more. any advice?

Go and ask your GP or nurse for advice luv. There are other TFR diets you could try and your health has to come first. I don't know the other diets on here but i am sure someone else will be able to tell you about them. Take care and good luck x

I have to say if it was me who had had your experiences I wouldn't bother trying again. As pebbles says, there are other diets to try and you can use these forums to explore the other options.
