dont skip your shakes, you will miss out on vital nutrition doing that.

if your going up to ss+ then have a look in your booklet. you could have a chicken drum stick with your 2tbs of salad or some fish and salad. have a read of it there are other things and combo's you can opt for
just steer away from the sausages and burgers and you'll be fine, treat it as an opotunity to chat

as sumayya said keep to the green salad/veg and have a drumstick (remove the skin) or a small piece of chicken breast without skin or fish and your shakes and have fun!

Hi hun,

Yeah stick with green salad and chicken pref plain. Don't miss your shakes in fact have one fore you go so you're not hungry when you're there and drink loads of water throughout the day and while you're there.
