I like to make a veggie chilli by throwing in lots of veg; peppers, mushrooms, onions, courgettes, baked beans, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, garlic, passata, chillis. It's absolutely delicious and tastes better if made the day before and reheated.
The book in the new mag has a fab recipie. It uses meat but i am sure you can replace with quorn or extra veg. It has celery,carrot,onion,garlic,tin chopped tomatoes,chilli powder,cinnamon,paprika,cumin. And instead of kidney beans i used baked beans The sauce is soo tasty. Just use as much spices as takes your fancy. I used their quantities of spices in the recipe and had to near enough double it lol.xx
