Have just discovered these yesterday and thought I would give them a try as an alternative to tortillas.
Very filling and yummy (I find that some tortillas have a kinda plasticky taste to them). Had one today filled with tsp of low fat creme fraiche spread over it and then couple bits of lettuce with loads of freshly roasted veggies (red pepper, red onion, courgette, tomatoes, garlic)...mmmmmmmmmm!
I'm not a great bread person but these are lovely and would solve my daily lunch problem provided the syns are okay (ish).
Can anyone help me with their syn value........the only nutrition value I can find on them are as follows:

0.4 Saturated Fat
