Warburton's seeded batch (five seeds) help please

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm being a bit dim with this bread. Is this classed as a white loaf? I can only find it on SW online as white and I'm trying to work out the syn value per slice for a 400g loaf.
I am fairly certain it won't come under a HEXB as it's seeded. (However, I note on SW online Hovis seed sensations now falls under the new HEXB category).
I am finding this a bit confusing, please help if you can

It may be made with white flour not wholemeal. If you can't find how many Syns it is look at the calorie content per slice 20 calories = 1 syn If it is made with wholemeal bread you can have 60 gm as a healthy extra

It says Wheat Flour and Malted Barley Flour - 86 Cals per slice. SW says white seeded batch 4.5 syns so I guess it's white and it's a very small slice!!
