ok just been out and had to rush home! i forgot to take a soup or a bar with me! when i ran into asda to grab some bars - none there! but plenty of shakes! now im wondering is there any of the ready made shakes we can have if caught on the hop like i was rather than have to travel 11 miles to get my bar from home lol
