Glass of wine anyone?
Yes ladies,

Another week and another loss :)

2lbs off this week :)

I think i could have lost more for the simple reason that at the beginning of the week i stopped drinking my 2 glasses of wine a night
:( and replaced with treats like Crumpets or Malt loaf ... and i think that these refined carb's kept my weight on.

Half way through the week and after i noticed the scales were not moving i put the wine back in and shifted the refined carbs and started losing again.

So clearly the empty calories that are in wine is preferable for my body opposed to those messy refined carbs :)

and as my leader said last night, wine is a cream cake in a bottle, and boy did that cake taste good :)
