Water intake


I was just wondering has anyone else found that the longer they have been SSing for the less water they can take in. I was doing well with drinking however now im strugling to even take in 1 pint of water a day.

Just wondering if anyone else has found this.

1 pint?? That's only about 500 mls (well, 564!) - far short of the at least 2 litres you should be drinking!! Icemoose is the one to talk to on this but I'm pretty sure when you're SSing the extra water helps keep your kidneys flushed through with all the ketones and toxins you're breaking down in the body fat...

Maybe fill two 2 litre bottles up in the morning and just keep glugging through them until they're gone?
that's what I do!!! make sure I always have it with me wherever I go!!

You defo need to drink more ...... mind over matter hunni!!
I use a 750ml volvic bottle and fill it during the day. Its got a sport cap on it so its very portable! I aim to drink at least 4 a day that makes 3 litres. I set myself time targets, finish one bottle by X time and then a second by X time and so on. I find I drink better when I am out walking too!
