Water problems

Okay so I've had a headache all day. Don't usually on LT so just drank my usual 4.5 litres of water. But I just peed on a stick and it says i'm dehydrated!!!! Huh? So, have now drunk nearly 6 litres. How much should I be drinking? Surely too much is dangerous. Could anything in particular have made be dehydrated? Very confused xxxx

Steve.. on a VLCD or TFR diet (very low calorie / total food replacement) you have to drink more water than is reccomended for a typical diet, as you need to to flush out the ketones.. i think thats what its for anyways.. but you do have to drink a lot..

Tank girl.. i wouldnt drink anymore.. dont rely on Ketosticks to always be right.. cos they just arent.. if you feel like you've drank enough.. and you havnt overdone it.. then ignore the stick.. lol

Yeah, 4.5 litres really should be enough. I wishI could manage that much -lucky if I get 2.5litres into me -and my stick always goes deep purple even though I'm peeing like crazy! Luckily my pharmacist doesn't check the pee like some do. :D

I'm sure you're fine.
