water slowing me

I think some people can get away with drinking about 2-3litres a day; me on the hand can not!! If I don't do a minimum of 4litres a day my loses slow down to about 1.5lbs a week too :(. I do find it challenging to keep drinking so much but you do get used to it and another bonus is my skin looks better for it then it has done in years!!!

As long as you spread your intake throughout the day and don't binge on the water it sounds like it will help you. Make sure you keep a toilet handy close by though! :)
