water slowing me

    hi, i feel like im not even losing 1.5 pound a week and have had greater losses on this before in the past... i will admit im being naughty with water and not drinking enough at all... does water actually make you lose more weight on cambridge?

    I think some people can get away with drinking about 2-3litres a day; me on the hand can not!! If I don't do a minimum of 4litres a day my loses slow down to about 1.5lbs a week too :(. I do find it challenging to keep drinking so much but you do get used to it and another bonus is my skin looks better for it then it has done in years!!!

    As long as you spread your intake throughout the day and don't binge on the water it sounds like it will help you. Make sure you keep a toilet handy close by though! :)
