Water vs No sugar squash

    Well, having thought my weightloss was slower than when I've done Atkins before & after Laura saying how citric acid can cause a stall I decided to swap from squash back to water & 2lbs have melted away since Tues!!

    Just shows how the smallest changes can have a huge affect on your weightloss!!

    I don't think there is any other 'diet' that teaches you as much about your body as Atkins does!!

    Another 3lbs gone this morning... so a big thanks Laura, switching to water has made a dramatic difference, proper weigh in on monday but so far 5lbs this week with 2 days to go!!

    Would love to do another 4lbs by monday... that would mean a total of 25lbs in Jan but very VERY happy with the stats as they are!!

    Great news, but the problem for me is that drinking plain water is not easy. Not in quantity and especially not in winter.

    Guess I must just try even harder!
