I'm not sure if i'm covering ground already covered but i have a question to ask...
How is it that water increases weight loss? I get that it makes you feel fuller so the craving to eat is lessened, but does it actually aid weight loss in any other way?
I lost 2 stone on the CD diet (since January), without religiously drinking 3 litres a day, but now i'm stepping up my water in take and wondered if it would help speed things up or am i just being over optimistic?
