I would guess that plain water would probably be 'slightly' better for you....... but I can't stand it, so I drink no-added-sugar squash too.

The way I see it is, surely it's got to be better to be drinking the water with the NAS squash than not drinking water at all?

I really wouldn't think it would make any difference to any diet (apart from the likes of Lighter Life and CD) as the amount of cals in the NAS squash is so small.

ETA - I've just checked the bottle and there are 5 cals in a 250ml glass, so if you were to drink 3 ltrs then the cals would be approx. 60.
