    Hi everyone, im drinking alot of water, does anyone take over 4L aday... :confused:

    I often drink more than 4. I asked my pharmacist about this and she said if your body needs it then it's ok. I know I need it as I get a very dry mouth so I need to. drink more to keep hydrated. I don't drink loads at a time but I do sipp (sp??) constantly during the day. just listen to your body and you want go wrong.

    I also get a dry mouth thats y i drink alot aswell, altho i dont go over the limit.. Someone posted the more you drink the more you shrink... Hope its true this week :)

    They recommend between 2 and 4 i think.... You can drink too much water but think it would be considerably more than that.... plus you need t drink more if you exercise babe!! x
