Honestly - I genuinely believe this!!!
Iv just lost 6 stone on Cambridge diet and now on a process of maintaining... Looking back at my losses, it appears the weeks I was off work (teacher - holidays!) I lost less maybe due to not drinking enough as I don't have my 2ltr water bottle in front of me.
The weeks when I know I haven't drank as much liquid, I have either sts or had a minimal loss - very demotivating.
I now follow a strict liquid routine...
1ltr bottle when I work out in the morning.
2 black coffees before school
1 black tea at break
1 black tea at lunch
Drink the entire 2litre bottle of water by the time I leave school
1ltr bottle water with dinner
2 cups of black tea in the evening...
Much more than Cambridge suggest but it really helps both my weightloss and hunger... Warm drinks = full tummy
