Watery Coleslaw???

    I'm making some coleslaw tomorrow but last time i attempted it, there was a ton of water at the bottom and it looked a bit wrong so i binned it!
    Anyone no where the water comes from and how i can stop it leeching out!

    Nicki I don't know if you are grating carrot to put into the coleslaw but
    if you are
    carrot always releases water
    so could be your problem.

    If I am making coleslaw
    I just use the white cabbage, small bit of onion and mayo and lots of black pepper, works a treat.
