Hi- I'm Tanya, and I've posted a couple of times on here, but not introduced myself or anything. So thought I'd pluck up the courage to say hello

I've been on SW for 10 weeks now, and I am 2.5lb off my 1 1/2 stone award. I'm feeling really determined right now, and i'm hoping that this determination stays for the whole week

I love SW, the support is awesome, just what I need

Hope to make some new friends on here, so we can help support each other through this journey!!

it's a bit hard to get my head around- but i've not been on many forums before. but from what i've seen its a really great forum to be part of
