Waves hello.

Hi, I'm moving over from the Cambridge Diet section, so I hope you dont mind.;)
I've been a yo-yo dieter all my adult life, but I'm hoping this time the weight will stay off.
I've lost over 4 stone on CD, which is great, but I found I can only live for so long on shakes! It's got to the stage where I'm gagging trying to get them down.
And I'm missing cooking.
So keep your fingers crossed & wish me luck.:D

Thanks everyone. So far (day 3) I'm doing okay. I've been to the gym this morning & I was surprised at how different I felt. I have a lot more stamina than I did just a few days ago. Obviously I needed the extra food for energy. Very much a Doh! moment!:rolleyes::8855:
And I used my new (reconditioned) ipod shuffle, so I escaped the dance c**p that they play in the fitness rooms.:D
But it's a bit embarrassing when you get caught singing along!:eek: :whistle:
