It was truly, truly vile! It came in a pack of 3, so the other 2 will be going in the bin which really pains me, as I hate waste!

I was very happy with Friday's WI - only about 2lbs gained over Christmas. I thought it would be much more than that! I've had another good DD today.

Looking forward to this week - I'm really enjoying being back on JUDDD, I feel so much more energetic. 2013 is going to be the year I reach a healthy weight (for the first time in my adult life!) and maintain it with JUDDD.

Had a very good DD today, so hoping for a good result tomorrow and more importantly on Friday. I want to get under 217.8, as that's my lowest WI so far, but that might take a few weeks. Will feel like I'm properly back on track then.

Going to a Burns night on Friday, which I'm looking forward to - mmmm haggis, yum! Planning on wearing a black dress I got in Monsoon years ago, but have only worn a few times as it was a bit tight. It fits ok now as long as I'm wearing M&S suck everything in mega tights. Mr Wavycat will be wearing his kilt - he looks sooo good in it!

1.2lbs off this week, which is fine. Had been hoping for a wee bit more as I'd been off the wagon for a while. Basically, I'm not going to be happy until I'm down to my pre-Christmas best of 197.8. I kmow there's only 0.6lbs in it, but it's psychological, I think! I should manage that by the end of the month, then it's full speed ahead in February.
 
Thanks for all the details you put in, it makes me feel better about the post up day lurches that I see in my daily weighs.

I lost my way a bit in Nov, tried again and got to my lowest for years mid Dec and need to get back on track for a new year.

Thanks! Weighing every day isn't for everyone, but find it really useful to see that fluctuations are natural and not necessarily a 'gain'.

Good luck with getting back on track - I put it off for quite a few weeks after Christmas because I was scared of weighing in!

Err what? 1lb off after an UD that included a cheese baguette, nachos, chocolate, haggis, neeps & tatties, clootie dumpling and lots and lots of wine!

Thinking about it I've found a few times when I've had a lower loss than expected on a Friday, the rest of the loss turns up on the Saturday.

Rubbish DD today. Have got a stinking cold and feeling very sorry for myself. Food today was:

brie - 2 slices
ham sandwich
2 glasses fat coke
chicken in blackbean sauce and boiled rice

Actually, looking at it it's not as bad as I thought - probably could pass for an in between day.

I'm aware this isn't real weight loss - it's just because I'm sick and not really eating. Couldn't do any work today as I was so poorly, which as I'm freelance, means no money today.

Tomorrow 'should' be an UD, but I'll see how I'm feeling in the morning.
