weatherspoons curry club!! :(

know i shouldn't have done it but bumped into some friends yesterday that i hadn't seen in ages and ended up going to the pub! even worse it was weatherspoons for curry club night!

did go for the chicken jalfrezi coz it said it was less than 5% fat so must be the best option out of the bunch but still imagine the syns in it are HORRIFIC

wana know the damage done tho so if anyone could check 4 me that would be great!

I had a look on the website for you and the only curry it had on there was the Tikka Masala, but it may give you a rough idea.

i am on green so thats not TOOOOOO BAD really. esp since jalfrezi is prob less syns. don't feel quite so bad about it now yay!
