Website not working?

Hi all, I'm looking at the info here and wondering whether to switch, but I'd love to see the website and can't seem to get it to load. Is there an issue with it?

Hi hun, I ordered my pack on there a couple of hours ago and have got on fine just now. It is the right site yes.
