Morning all, lovely and sunny this morning

B: Skinny sf vanilla latte HE A, Nutrigrain elevenses carrot bake 7.5 syns :doh:

L: Grilled chicken salad, houmous & pitta HE B

D: Eggs, beans and chips, with salad

S: meringue nest 3 syns, berries, yoghurt
E: 45 mins out biking
W: 2-3 litres

morning - been raining here but clearing up now i think

B: banana, apple, muller light, tea with milk from hex a allowance
mid morning : nescafe vanilla latte 4 syns
L: ryvita minis ( hex b ), egg salad ( made with x lite salad cream 2 syns), big free salad with fat free dressing, alpen lite ( hex b)
D: baked sweet potato stuffed with fat free cottage cheese, chives, garlic and cucumber, alpen lite

snacks: fruit and activia fat free yoghurts ( vanilla yummm)
excercise : 4 mile walk hopefully in 68 mins or less
 
Drizzle here too .

Breakfast - Quorn sausages, dry fried egg and tomato. Strawberries.
MM - Nectarine
Lunch - Salad with tinned mackerel in tomato sauce. Activia FF Yoghurt.
MA - Packet of quavers (4.5 syns)
Dinner - Pork Casserole, cauliflower, broccoli and new potatoes (heb).
ME - Ryvita (heb) and cheese (hea)

Breakfast - fruit cocktail (HE B) and activia fat free yoghurt
Lunch - Carrot, cucumber, pepper, pickled onions, 28g cheddar (HE A), spoon light mayonnaise (2 syns?), roast chicken, ham (this was really yummy!
Tea - off to Zizzis tonight, have planned to have the chicken breast and ask for a decent salad not just 'leaves'

snacks: fridge raiders, cherries - HI Fi Bar (HEB)
syns - none planned - wait to see what/if I fancy something later
exercise - 20 mins interval running on the treadmill
