On day 1 - and am running to the loo every 5 (well 10-15) mins !!!!

Will it always be like this - not sure I can cope at work???!!!!

I haven't actually started or met my CDC yet, so you'll probably get a lot of more educated replies, But, what I do know, is if you glug your water really quickly, it'll shoot right out of you (sorry! ), sip it and it takes long to go through (and is better for you). So, perhaps try drinking a little slower?

My bladder has expanded loads, I can now go ages between visits !

it does get a lot better on the positive side, every time you go to the toilet you are getting rid of fat

for first couple of weeks i was running to the loo every 10 mins or so then it slowed a bit

kasimo, it definitely gets better over time (thank goodness!). Keep glugging!

it definetely gets better.
all the so called 'bad bits' associated with this diet happen in the first few weeks as your body adjusts.

I know that feeling. things have been really bad today and it is due to the fact I have been freezing for most of the day!
