I haven't actually started or met my CDC yet, so you'll probably get a lot of more educated replies, But, what I do know, is if you glug your water really quickly, it'll shoot right out of you (sorry! ), sip it and it takes long to go through (and is better for you). So, perhaps try drinking a little slower?
it definetely gets better.
all the so called 'bad bits' associated with this diet happen in the first few weeks as your body adjusts.
