week 1 again :(

well here i am again redoing week 1 :( on day 2 now but ruined it by eating a slice of bread was argueing with myself ww v exante but decided to dtay here really lacking motivation and support but really want to do this i need to lose at least 3 1/2 stone then on the last 1 1/2 stone after decide to carry on or ww
going to be on here alot moaning :(

If you're find the first week difficult to complete each time, why don't you try splitting your packs first of all, turning your 3 packs a day into 5 or 6 smaller meals?

Or even adding a 4th pack for the first few days until you have adjusted to the diet?

Try and focus on the end goal, remember this is for YOU, good luck and stay strong!! :D
