i did exactly the same last week and i pointed and tracked EVERYTHING and STS! was gutted but decided to keep calm and carry on. maybe we'll get big losses next week! don't be disheartened,you'll get there

Stay positive, you made the big step of deciding to join and lose weight. thats the hardest part in my opinion, You didnt put weight on overnight so you wont lose it overnight. Just carry on and results will come. Keep the head up, i know how disheartening it is when you stay the same and you are expecting a loss. next week you will probably have a huge weight loss :D

Bet you feel mega fed up its crap when that happens but you might have a massive loss next week hopefully, drink lots of water till you cant get off lav, its annoying needing to pee all the time but it does help.x
