week 1- ecstatic!!

just switched over for SW to WW propoints last week. SW was great and i lost weight well on it, but started to feel restricted and found it difficult to stqy on plan for about a month and gained 6pounds, so decided to give WW a go, and i must say i LOVE it.
Love the fact you can eat anything you want as long as youre withing your points allowance.

first week lost 6.5 pounds, extremely happ:D

what a great start!

i was at sw until 4 weeks ago and now i've joined ww i realise that my portions were way out of control with the amount of free food i used to shovel in my mouth :(
