Week one completed on extra easy and I was shocked when I got on the scales this morning to find I had lost a staggering 6lbs!!! It is the most amazing feeling and just what I needed to push me in to week 2. Going for an all green week this week. Have to say in the moments of weakness I've had over the last 7 days mug shots saved my life every time!!!
