Thanks a million im delighted with myself, weekend really hard, had to go to a family bbq on saturday and did eat (shame on me) but went for an hour long cycle yesterday to burn the extra cals off. Have some extra packs and suppossed to introduce the bars this week but am going to ss for three days before introducing the bars to make up for the bbq. Looking forward to this weeks weigh in
thats excellent well done! just think how long it would normally take to lose 10lbs and you've lost it in a week! hope my first weigh in is as good as yours! xxx
