Well what can I say started ss on monday but arranged to have my weigh in saturaday mornings - so in just over half a week I have lost

Im am so pleased Im now 11st 9 -im so pleased go CD!!!

I also started last Mon, but my CDC is coming this morning. Ive lost 8 pounds, so chuffed!!
