    HI.

    I've lost 12lb in my 1st week.

    I'm so pleased - normally I'd celebrate with a nice meal but nope going to stick to this now!!
    Hoping to lose 7lb this week, is that possible?

    was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical
    well done thats fab!!!!!
    not sure about the 7lbs... but give it your best shot.. stick with it and keep going, and im sure you will get there if not close enough!!:)

    Thanks everyone.

    Yeah maybe 7lb isn't realistic - perhaps 3/4lb. And I'd be really happy with that.

    Decided that when I have really bad days I'm going to do ss+ to see me through otherwise I'll hit the crisps and chocolate and then the diet is just pointless.
    I can do this.
