Week 1 weigh in

Really pleased with my loss of 11lbs
I have just managed to sneak into the next stone down and i am sitting here waiting for my next delivery of the diet to turn up.
Luckily i ordered a couple packets of soup incase it didn't turn up early like last week.
More determined than ever to keep going and now work my way down into the 19 st's.
